| I'm going to pick on my latest project called War Prank. It is a game, a fantasy, and a sci-fi. The main character wants to become an artist and has the skills to fight corruption of the universe and of the Void. By default, they are required to become a corruption fighter. However, the main character just wants a peaceful life. Thus, the war prank begins when they register as artists. But then they get hooked on doing the job of a corruption fighter as the powers and skills consume their mind. Will they fight the war against corruption as their full-time job, or will they be able to live as artists? As the journey gets intense the main character's secret is found out and it only becomes a matter of time before they are required to join the Corruption Fighter job. It is expected to start out as a novella, probably around 30k words. I have started in January and pantsied two versions of it and scrapped those versions. This time I have an outline written and need to think about if it is enough or if it needs more work before I start writing. The outline maybe enough in length to make it a 30k novella. The word goal is low since this is purely by paper and pen. Bouncing some similiar ideas and scenerios of what might work for it could help. Anyone can pitch in. I got judging for Quills to tdo before I can really start it as well as other chores to do. But I intend to complete and this version of it. Outlines is a savior. I am going to go through my outline and see if skipping to six months and then to one year will work out just fine. Or if the months in between needs to be filled. Word Count: 308 "26 Paychecks "  |
