However, he can't mind control the elements of others, but he can defend himself from their attacks and attack back. Rocky lives in Antartica, away from civilization. However, he gets lonely and will travel to other continents in search of companionship and company. He loves to speak in riddles and give out wisdom to those who will listen. Those who listen often become rich and famous because of him. Those who don't listen become poor and homeless. He doesn't realize the extent of his powers.
