Finding Joy
This was the corporate chat yesterday. Know what Dr. Stef used to segue into her chat about joy? I sent her a photo of me roller skating and she shared it with the group!

I went roller skating on Tuesday; it wasn't too successful as skating at a playground is march more difficult than a rink. I fell and I have to be careful. However, once I got going, I took my time and had fun. *Bigsmile*
