Update on this...

I reviewed the setup for badges that were created by a group for anyone in the community to give out... Since membership in the group wasn't required, the badges can still be given without the group existing. For this, I've created a "Legacy Group Badge" grouping. So... The Chronic Illness badge is back! *Smile*
