Both the don't's look the same to me...
If you're trying to show some difference? They're not different.

I just tested some exports from my portfolio and I'm not seeing "gibberish", so at this point in time I'm not exactly sure and I don't have an answer for you. WDC stores items as text, so it's possible if you're trying to import them somewhere, perhaps it's not interpreting the text correctly. Or perhaps you previously copied "wingdings" in and they're not coming back out the same way? Not sure!

I'll try to gather more data and see if there's anything I can replicate or correct for you.
