Are there any rules on WdC prohibiting posting plagiarism? By this, I mean posting work from other writers in your own portfolio without giving due credit to the actual authors of the work they’re posting.

There's a link at the bottom of every page regarding the Copyright Policy. In this link, "Writing.Com Copyright Policy" Open in new Window., there are procedures for reporting Infringing Material.
