Greets, The review reply should never be "blank". There should always be content in the email as the email is generated by the review reply system. I've received no reports of this before, so this would be a new issue if it exists in the system. It's not a system that's been touched (from a programming standpoint) in probably 10 to 15 years, so my best guess is that if a bug exists, we would have received some reports over the years. I just did a few simple tests and it appears as I would expect... Here's an example test: ![]() One important thing to note is that, since the forms for replying to the review AND replying to the email are both on the same page, one could accidentally "tab" to the wrong send button and accidentally submit the email reply form... all the while meaning to hit the review reply form. Still, it's not likely that email should come through as "blank". That would still come through looking like a replied email, with the standard replied-to-text in it. Aside from that, and without more reports of specific actions or incidents, it's really impossible to say what might be happening when you experience this. Taking extra time to note the exact steps you're going through when you reply and then matching that up with specific reports and screenshots of the blank replies might help to give me something more to look into... It would be great to be able to see one of the "blank" responses and I could try to track that back in the logging as well. Best wishes, ~~SM ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
