Health:
6K steps a day
Meditation
Water - drink at least 1000 ml a day. Struggled with this this week.
Body Groove - not this week.
Do my physio exercises to increase the range of motion in my left elbow and shoulder

No eating after 8 pm. Okay, I think.
No screen time after 9 pm. Struggled.
Continue to re-establish my bed time after time for closer to 10:30 pm. Have done better with this this week.
Other:
Take out Green and Blue Recycling bins.

Take an Artist Date: Sunday - walk, browse Old Goat Books, then reading at Starbucks.
Getting my Online presence back. Not this week
Gardening - rake some leaves if the snow disappears

Housecleaning - vacuum - not yet.
Help mother manage her finances and other things (laundry, meals, etc.)

Make appointment with her Cardiologist.
Get the rest of the POA stuff to the proper places.
