I understand this is going to definitely differ from country to country, region to region. It will be interesting to see where this goes.
Me? Teachers, because they do a good job in this country (for the most part) and are treated like they don't matter, and Farmers, because without them we'd be eating processed slop, but they do seem to be taken for granted here.
