I can't seem to remember what I had to do to include links at the bottom of my emails so they are included each time I send something out. It would be nice if this info were included in writing.com 101. I looked thoroughly for it tonight and couldn't find it there or on the left of my screen. Do I have a limit to how many links I am allowed? If so, that may be my problem. Thanks. Hi Marsha: Go to your account overview page and click on the "Options" tab. You are looking for the link, "Manage My Signature." (Or some like wording) If you are having trouble finding your account overview page, click on your user name near the top of the left column. ![]() Light Science, Science Fiction/Fantasy, Metaphysical Such a Colorful Community Preferred Author |
Hi Marsha. I don't believe you're limited by the number of links you can have, but you are limited in the number of characters you can have in each signature--500 characters and that includes any WritingML tags. Premium members can set individual signatures for each forum and book item. By the way, I found that info above by typing 'signature' in the Writing 101 Search window. A number of entry options may display depending on what info you seek. You might have to check a couple options to find what you want specifically. Writing 101 contains so much info that I use the Search feature regularly. I hope this helps. |
Thanks both of you. I had been there last night, but when I saw the options tab, I was thinking it was the same tab as is found under emails, and what I was looking for wasn't there, so didn't open the tab under my account. ![]() Check out my c-note shop here:"Invalid Item" ![]() ~~~~~~~ http://www.swagbucks.com/refer/sha4852A search engine that pays their members for using it.
