Even as "I don't like confrontation" as my personality is, I think I could do something like you're suggesting, if the individual(s) were on my same peer level. As it is when the situation includes individuals in leadership (as this one does,) then writing about it in the code of poetry seems to be the safest way to vent.

I do have the hopeful anticipation, that some day soon I will be able to change paths, avoiding the scenario altogether.
