Take a Stand Against Bullying

You are absolutely right. My grandmother used to say, "Beauty is only skin deep but ugly goes all the way to the core." When faced with ugly masked by beauty, one learns to see the ugly before the beauty. It has an energy all on its own you can feel before the person masking it even speaks. But, it can only be learned by experiencing it time and time again.

I think many times we experience it because down the line there is going to be someone who is hurting that needs the beauty we carry inside and we need to have the empathy to show them. I am sure you are a beautiful person inside and out though inside is the only one that matters.
