I am having difficulties accessing my portfolio, notifications, points etc. I've lost cover pictures for my writing and have lost the ability to access my work to edit. I think there was a power surge when I was online. Can you help PLEASE ?

I checked your port. It looks like all your items still have their cover images.

Let's hope it's just a problem with your browser.

The standard first response suggestions for when something is weird:
1. Clear browser cache. Shut down all browser windows. Reboot the browser.
2. Make sure your browser is up to date.
3. Try another (up-to-date) browser. The site recommends Chrome.
4. Reboot your computer.

If that doesn't clear the problem, you might need to download a fresh copy of your browser and/or re-install the OS, or have a professional take a look at the physical components of your computer.

Additional tips for iPad from SM:
1. Try a hard-reboot: Press and hold the home button and power button until the iPad turns off ... then turn it back on again.
2. Try installing Chrome for iPad. It's free and it's in the App store. Chrome often works much better than Safari for all sorts of things.
