{OT When posting a book do you have to put a new entry with the information on each chapter such as the jenre /quote}

The entries don't have their own genre selections. The genres are only chosen for the Book item as a whole.

For an entry you can specify the title and the content and set additional/extra access restrictions on top of the Book's access restrictions.
