Self Care
Hmmm. For once, I don't have much to say. This is something I struggle with. I've been conditioned to believe any kind of care toward myself is selfish. I don't think it was intentional on my parents' part. It's just how it happened. Mum was ill, and that automatically made her most important. So, self care. It makes me uncomfortable to think about it, so I think I'll pass on this one.
