I try to explain why something is the wrong way to do it, but I don't point out every grammar issue I come across in a story. Like you say, I'm not an editor.
I have weaknesses in all three areas too. I try to focus on the area most relevant to the review I'm working on at the time. It's through their stories, I grow as a reviewer.
