Reviewing with River

New members are an especially important part of Writing.Com.

1. How many times per week or month do you review a Newbie?
The last couple of months my personal life has made it hard for me to get on here. Reviewing is something I haven't has a lot of time for. But in the past I tried to read and review a newbie once a week.

2. Is there any specific way you try to encourage them?
I try to find one or two good points to applaud them about. And find something to offer a suggestion on.

3. Have you ever taken a Newbie under your wing?
I have helped a few people work and re-work there stories by giving positive feedback and suggestions.
