Reviewing with River

In the previous post ♥HOOves♥ you wrote you were happy to give and get a simple I liked it or I enjoyed it I understand that if I were reading it on Amazon. Getting 100 of those is better than getting 4 long reviews.
However here on WDC, the point of joining, for me, is to become better at my craft. If all I got were two or three word reviews I might move to a different writing site. Thankfully I got some down and dirty reviews where they took apart my story and showed me how to write with emotion, setting and how to build characters.
That being said, I try to ask the person requesting a review what they want to know. I just had two from the same person that said they want critical reviews. I did them in my most kind way.
