I agree with you. On this site the fact they use such a tight formula seems harsh. If you have that format to judge, do you just copy and paste the lines that fit the piece and give the total?
I wonder what a real review from them looks like. I'm touchy feely. I want someone to tell me what they felt and what they liked ot didn't like. Maybe I ask too much from the reader. That's what I give in my reviews.
