I have failed the Nano twice because of that. I couldn't get out of the corner. I just gave up.
Now I have an idea. I have a plan and some plot points. I'm doing chapter notes and so far it's keeping the story on track. BUT! When I go to write I just start writing....... I have those plot points in my head but I don't always stick to them... I can fill holes later.
I'm hoping to have this done at the end of Nov and ready for some serious editing. Maybe publish next spring.
