Your Better Nature Contest

A new season begins on March 20, inspiring this month's prompt. Is Spring your favorite or is fall, summer, winter? There are secret pleasures to find in them all.

Thank you to our two well done entries for our first ever contest. Good well done reads with plenty of heart. Three were needed to bestow winning honors. A test role spin of the dice would have resulted in 40,000 points to first place, if we'd had one other entry.

A few changes begin for March. Note that our judges cadre has been improved by the offer of two able volunteers. They'll be announced when they take on that mantle in coming months. Also, the essay and short story entries can now be up to 5,000 words. This recommendation offers a new element to the contest few other such endeavors support.
