Hi,

Where can I get a solid, more or less, consistent list of the format requirements one must follow in order to submit a manuscript. I have been researching and come up many different answers and examples on the title page, type of font (Courier, Courier new, Times Roman?), whether to use italics or underline, whether or not to use (###) to indicate end of scene, change of POV, whether the WC goes on the top left-hand corner or the right, where to put page numbers, and whether your contact info goes on the top left-hand corner of the title page or the bottom right-hand corner.

what I do find that is consistent is, use 12 pt. font on white 20lb paper, 1 space after a period, double space all the way through.

I would really appreciate some help,
