I assume you are looking at the modern cultural definition of memes. In which case:
1) I don't take them seriously.
2) They can be harmful in that they perpetuate negative stereotypes and cliches.
3) I dislike that 99.9% are not funny or make no sense. However, I do like that that 0.1% that works can make me chuckle the first time I see it.
4) Feeling - "meh".
Many memes and meme structures nowadays only differ from the humour things photocopied around the offices of the 1980s and 1970s (and done by MAD magazine and the old Cracked magazine when it was a magazine and not a listicle website) is the colour, the immediacy and the fact they use a computer to create and disseminate them.
