It's early July and it usually warms up here in SoCal. Temps range from 100-115. Today is 104, but trust me, it's been hotter. When I'm not working, I try to go to Ventura for the day to cool down and get out. It's on the coast so it's cooler. Or I try to go Hurricane Harbor and hang out in the wave pool or the laze river, but this is the first year in 11 years I didn't get the annual pass. Trying to save money.
Another thing I notice about the hot weather is that my eating habits change. I gravitate more toward salads and watermelons. What do you guys do to stay cool when it's hot?
