How can I set up a draft version for review, without specifically tracking down readers? Can I establish an automatic point delivery to encourage such reviews.

Do you mean the Template Manager in Review Tools? Look at your Reviews.

foxtale Author Icon, are you asking about setting it up so a reviewer of a certain item gets a gp reward from you? If so, the answer is yes.

Go into edit mode on your item. Toward the bottom of the form you will see +Advanced. Click on that, then look for Auto-Reward Gift Points This is where you set the how many GPs you would like to give.
