I was trying to rate the story, but found I was unable to do this as the story did not have a listing from 1-5. I hit the post critique to see if I could have gained it.

Some people (like me) opt to not have their work rated. All we want is constructive feedback. Don't fret it. It's a personal thing.

There are folks who dislike the star system, as they feel it doesn't convey things in the right way (and there are those that like to troll and pass out 1 *Star*s for no reason), and thus set things up for Review Only (While others set it up for Rating Requires Review).
