I have signed in on an old alternate account, because I have been locked out of my main account, on which I consistently have a paid subscription. The system asks for my username and says it will send a follow-up to my email. But I don't have an email associated with that account. Writing.com has its own email inbox. I created the account over 10 years ago, partly for that feature. I did not have another email at the time. Please tell me how I can regain access to my previous account. I can be reached at aflyonherballs@gmail.com

You've had this account since 2017, but I can't find any other accounts matching your information.

If you can email me a copy of a receipt for a receipt paid subscription, I can use that to look up the account username and validate the account to get you back into it. Then we can close this extra account since each person may only maintain 1 account.
