I always reply to reviews I get on my content. Usually I reply using the "Reply to This Review" box, NOT the "send an Email" box at the bottom of a review I received. Several times, my reply to a review has appeared blank to the other person; the same has happened to me when someone tries to respond to one of my own reviews. Because I try to ensure my replies are part of a conversation, usually more than just a "thank you," it is distressing when this happens.
Is there:
a) A way I can avoid this? Should I simply use the "Send an Email" field?
b) A known bug that is being addressed?
c) A way to recover what I sent to someone that didn't go through?
