Hey Support team friends,

I need to downgrade my membership from Premium to Upgrade. Anyone know how I can do this.. I am on auto-renewal and need to change this before the 21st. Thank you for the help. :)

Unfortunately, the auto-renew system doesn't handle downgrades. You just have to turn off auto-renew and then manually renew at the lower level.
