Re: Re: Q of the Day 8/18 - Do you like your iced tea
🌻 pwheeler ~ love joy peace Author IconMail Icon It's hard for me to drink unsweetened.
JASmith Author IconMail Icon I found a sugar called "Allulose" which is smiliar to regular table sugar which I use for sugar in receipes. I should probably start packing some in my purse. Mind you, I'm pre diabetic, and I've only been using since 4-6 weeks out, but my recent blood showed a marked improvement in my A1c and it tastes just like table sugar. I'll be using in unsweetened ice teas going forward.
Patron Of Lost Clauses Author IconMail Icon -- I do need more tea than sugar. I also need a lemon!
JACE Author IconMail Icon good call on the decaf. I should be on the look out for it. Wouldn't hurt. Maybe I'll come up with my own brand - Steph Bee's Iced Tea - Decaf with Allulose. You might be surprised!!

Smiles
Steph

Sending good vibes to all
