Goal - Portfolio Madness - Need to Sort [1-26-2026]

An absence from my portfolio has left me at a disadvantage, not knowing what was there and where it was. I found it hard to view my portfolio, so I created a spreadsheet and listed every item, including the images it contains. I then began:
1. Look at and determine if the item/image is in the correct folder
2. Review the access and make any adjustments
3. Read the item and make all necessary corrections to spelling and grammar
4 Determine the relevance of the item, does it hold value, should it be my eyes only, should it be purged

With this method, I will accomplish an organized portfolio. Having a quick pick list of my port will also help to quickly find item numbers for posting, plugging, or just helping someone with info they might be seeking.

While 1-4 will be done per item. At this time, I have completed:
100% making the list
65% of purging unnecessary items
24% of reading, and correcting spelling and grammar
75% of making sure items are in the correct folders
65% correcting access to items
- So my goal is to continue the process and reach 5-15% more on each process by next week, this time.
