What are your beliefs on these Christian Doctrines?

Hi, everyone. This survey is to gauge the community's beliefs in regards to several aspects of the Christian religion, from the nature of God to our ultimate destiny. All I ask is that you answer honestly and with as much detail as possible.

p.s. If I can make time, I intend to reply to all who participate, giving my own opinions on the questions. I'm looking forward to some enlightening conversation.
