Once there was a girl Alice by name She traveled by boat Across the waters she came She landed on solid ground That, she knew, was good She laughed and smiled And took off her hood Light blonde hair, Fell around her shoulders And her ears were lit by the fire Pointed and left to smolder A man passing by, Happened to see The young maidens ears And who she happened to be "An elf", he said. Happy to know "This elf'll make me rich", And shot her down with a bow A twang shot her down And the man died the next day Just goes to show Don't kill the elves, at least not today |
