Being in love often leave us feeling in the dark, this poem expands on that feeling.

Tears rolling down my face
Sounds uttering from my lips
Pain deep in my throat and my chest
My eyes blinking back the year
My heart beating turmoil in my life
I wonder why would love hurt me
Why would love hurt
Staring into the darkness
I shine light
In the light I stood
I sacrifice myself to the light
And just like that darkness over shadow the light
And left me lonely
And all alone in the dark
I stood waiting for love embrace to shine light on me
