My school mascot is a Viking. I thought of this while training for the tennis season.

My feet do not ache as I pound them into the ground.
My lungs do not burn as they fight for air.
I do not feel the snow as it bites into my skin.
I do not sweat beneath the sun's merciless gaze.
I do not bow to the might force of the wind.
I will not run from challenge.
I will face it head on with everything I have.
Come hell or high water, deep snow or great winds.
I will not give up.
I am a warrior, a machine,
I am a Viking.
