Being ex-military, Chad is very serious, taking conversation and his job with upmost respect and seriousness. To a fault, Chad will follow orders, and respond with a resounding "Yes sir!" Chad has an array of skills he's picked up from the military and is quick to catch on to small details. His biggest flaw may in fact be his seriousness though as he has a hard time relaxing and just going with the flow like any of the other lifeguards. With his attention to detail and hard working serious attitude, Josh often wonders what it would be like having him be his personal giant body guard, should he ever felt he needed one.
