Troy had never liked running. But he always thought that it was just what athletes did so he ran, An afternoon , sitting in the sun thinking seriously that he was too fat had persuaded him to make an effort and shape up over the summer. Shortly after beginning he was finding that running was harder than he remembered. Gasping for breath he returned to the clubhouse and attacked the weighs. He had to start with the smallest dumb bells but they felt right and he worked hard till his chest and arms were burning.
