The whole guild was very happy to see that Natsu was back, though they stayed at least 30 feet away from him at any given time due to the fact that he smelled like feet. The girls in the guild noticed how he smelled, and became somewhat suspicious of Natsu's re-appearance, along with the disappearance of their comfortable feet. The idea was quickly dismissed however.
The first battle was decided to be between Natsu and Angel, also known as Sorano. This would have been an ok battle for Natsu, however Erza decided to intervene. She spoke with the council of the games and convinced them that Natsu was an extremely powerful wizard, and that all matches against him would be unfair, and this all matches against him should be 2 on 1. The council agreed and decided that the new matchup would be Angel, and her younger sister Yukino, vs Natsu alone. With this, the match began.
Natsu was really fired up and was completely overwhelming the duo. Mavis however, found this to be uninteresting, and activated a secret clause of their contract. What she had said was that she would "return Natsu to human form", but she never said in what state. And with a snap of her fingers, Natsu suddenly started glowing very brightly and began to shrink. In a matter of seconds, he was back to his pre-Ethernano break down state. He was shrunken down, and his body was quite malleable. Angel being the dark mage that she is, immediately smiled and knew the match was hers. Yukino, for the reason of wanting to impress her guild, SaberTooth, also grew confident because she knew now that the match was one. Natsu looked over at Mavis, who was simply smiling, and wiggling her stinky toes at him. Natsu tried to continue the match, but he couldn't even put up a fight. After a bit of tossing him around, Angel went to him and looked down. "You are complete garbage. An impure human. All humans are impure, but you are even worse than that. You are trash." And she proceeded to beat him into the ground with her boot. After noticing that he was kind of squishy, she looked at him with a devious grin, "this could be interesting." she thought, and proceeded to remove both of her boots. Natsu's eyes grew wide, "NO! NOT AGAIN!!!". Without mercy, Angel pounded her sweaty smelly foot into Natsu. She really mashed him in well. He couldn't even open his mouth from how hard she was mashing him. All he could smell was her foot. It smelled of PURE FOOT SWEAT. Some got into his mouth. He really couldn't fight back. He tried igniting his entire body, but all that did was make her foot sweat more. The announcer was yelling loudly, "Well Ladies and Gentelmen! It looks like Natsu has suffered an unforseen illness. He's tiny! He's about half the size of Angel's foot! And she's really giving it to him! Man, I'm glad that's not me down there under her stinky foot, even some of the fans in the front row are covering their noses!!"
Yukino decided not to interrupt, as her sister seemed to have things under control. After about 15 more minutes of rubbing her stinky soles all over Natsu, the bell rang. The announcer continuted, "The match is over! The clear winners here are...Angel and Yukino!!!". Natsu stood at about 5 inches, but as soon as the announcer said the winner, he seemed to have shrunk down to 4 inches. Yukino laughed loudly and looked at Natsu, eyes wide, "You're coming with me little toy!" And Angel proceeded to stuff Natsu into one of her boots and put her foot back in. Natsu knew this experience all too well. The constant crushing, the constant sweat, the constant smell. But he was by no means used to it. It was hell each and every time.
With that, Angel and Yukino returned to the stands. Now the next match was about to begin. As the announcers were reviewing the polls to see which fight the audience wanted to see, the announcer in excitement, began, "INCREDIBLE!! Ladies and Gentlemen! In all my years I don't think I've ever seen this happen. It's a double header! This time, it's Cheria and Milliana, vs Natsu again!"
