"I'm just wondering, are your feet ticklish David?"
He immediately starts jerking his legs.
"I'll take that as a yes," you say as you sit at the end of the bed. "Let's see if I can't get these shoes off."
You unlace his left shoe and loosen it on his foot. You take it off enough just to reveal the heel. You then tickle it the rest of the way off which isn't difficult since he is moving around so much. You do the same with the right foot. Now his socked feet are yours.
"So David, which foot should I tickle first?"
"Neither, my feet are my most ticklish spot. Don't tickle them!"
"Now it seems you don't want me tickling anywhere. But oh well, you aren't calling the shots."
You grab his left foot and run your fingers up and down it rapidly making him laugh.
