Chapter #6

Breakfast First, Of Course

    by: Theday Author IconMail Icon
Jothath says standing back up and wipes off his mouth from saliva and your cum and smiles," Com'on, time to get ready, love."
'What have I got myself into..?' you think to yourself and Jothath tosses your pants at you.
You get dressed while Jothath humms a song you've never heard, but it kind of sounds like it has a dwarven mining song progression to it. You get a look at Jothath's clothes and see that his pant legs are very thick, probably thick enough for you to slip your waist into. Jothath has very thick legs. Jothath's shirt looks like it would be a fluffy dress on you. You have no doubt your dwarven partner (?) could easily carry an orc warrior on his back. Jothan dressed in some dark brown pants with some thick leather suspenders and a dark green shirt, pretty common dwarf colours. He swears some big thick boots, big enough your own boots could fit inside of them. Jothath rolled up his sleeves to show off his thick hairy forearms. You threw on your black pants, shirt and hooded jacket.
You're about grab your backpack and tools when Jothath is at the door giving you a wave saying," Com'on, we don't need daggers for breakfast. The restaurant will supply knives if we need them."
"Oh sure," you agree and follow Jothath out of the hotel room noticing that his thick wide shoulders nearly brush the sides of the door frame. He had some big heavy steps, which was to be expected for a guy hauling so much muscle on him.
Jothath passed the front desk clerk and gave a friendly wave and the old man looked up from his books and gave a wave back.
'No doubt he's a charmer,' you think to yourself and wonder how long has he been in town? You just got here yesterday.
Jothath leads you to a restaurant where the serving wench greets him by name.
"Oh hey, Jothath! Back for breakfast again?" says the older woman wearing a corseted gown.
"Hello Margret," Jothath said in a cheery tone," The usual please."
"Very well, I see you have a guest with you," Margret says with a smirk.
"A little bit more than a guest, he's my partner," Jothath says proudly holding you close with his strong arms and big paw on your hip.
"Not quite like that," you quickly add.
"Sure," Margret says with a chuckle," I can tell Jothath has that morning after glow to him.
"It's true," Jothath says and lets out a hearty chuckle himself.
"What will your partner be having?" Margret asked.
"I'll take some toast, local fruit and a pastry if you got them," you quickly ask.
"Very well, they'll be up in a bit," Margret said writing it down on her notepad," Find a seat, plenty of options."
You nod and look around the establishment. The usual small town restaurant set up with stone floor, wooden tables and chairs. Candle and torches in the corners where the sunlight can't reach. A few paintings on the walls, nothing too fancy.
Jothath leads you to a table and takes a seat. You see he sits rather low when seated and you sit much taller than him, most likely due to his stumpy torso.
"So tell me a bit more about your mine issue," you ask.
Jothath explains that since he is gay and can not produce a heir the mine returns up the family tree to his uncle since his younger brother is still too young to inherit the mine when his father passes. Jothath explains that he was fine with that, he just likes being a valued part of the mine experience and enjoys taking care of others.
His father passed away over year ago, he got a long sickness from a dangerous mold that the mine had discovered years ago. His father help get everyone out and sealed the mine, but the long sickness weakened him over time.
Jothath's uncle, Joreth, started off a good boss, but over time he kept pushing the other dwarves to delve deeper and closer to where the mold is located. He stopped going outside into the daylight, has become pale and grizzled.
"It's like he's possessed!"
"Here's your food dears," Margret says walking up with a tray of food with her. She sets your plate down with your toast and pastry and a bowel of local fruit which includes apples and berries. She then gives Jothath his meal which includes a large steak, potatoes, baked vegetables, half a loaf of bread of toast slathered with butter, a small block of cheese and a few mushrooms and a tankard of mead.
'This guy can eat!' you think to yourself looking at the feast before the dwarf. Jothath ate at a very steady pace and was quite a neat eater, occasionally having to dab his mighty beard of debris.
Jothath goes on to explain that some of the workers also started to become meaner. Good friends, family men gave into greed and abounded their families for the mine. Jothath explains he tried to stop his uncle with his brother but was cast out and his brother imprisoned telling him he can only be able to challenge his uncle for the mine if he found a life partner.
"..which is you," Jothath said after swallowing a mouthful of baked vegetables and wiping his bread with the hand with the ring on it.
"Well I'll help you win back your mine," you agree," You seem like a nice guy and this seems like a shitty situation."
"My mom is going to love you," Jothath says day dreaming," Once we win back the mine we should plan the wedding."
'I might need to rob the place and vanish the night after we save this mine of his,' you think to yourself, but also wonder what it would be like to be a dwarven king consort, it would give you stability and a roof over your heard.. but you imagine it would be rather constraining and you're not too familiar with dwarven etiquette. You wouldn't want your head on the chopping block before one of those big dwarf axes now.. But on the other hand apparently sex with Jothath last night was amazing. You decide to keep your options open.

Where to after the meal?
