Nutopia! That was the name of your island, and you were proud to live there.
Located in the New World, the island could easily be missed by one. Barely having the size of a couple of acres, a normal-sized person could cross one end to the other in five minutes.
But it wasn't inhabited by normal people. No it was Minikin. As giants are the same as human but are bigger, Minikin is the opposite. Most of you only being two inches tall at most.
One could question, how could a pathetic race of tiny people survive in The New World?
Well once they see the Big Mom Pirates flag, they wouldn't dare. Your Island is located right next to Totto Land and she protects you. In exchange, the nuts that grow on your island are given to her. It was the only export of your people since it grows so fast! You can supply her with nuts, and your island is fine.
Right now you were standing at the port, as you see the giant ship coming. It wasn't a big boat, only having one person on it. Still any boat is big to your people.
And on the boat, you saw her coming. You were nervous, clammy hands as the Minister of Nuts was coming.
A blue haired woman, with a long snake neck. Yet she has the expression of an emotionless killer and a sword on her hip. Frightening!
The woman pulled up to your island and stepped off. Her eyes looking at the giant bag full of nuts that your people have gathered for her family.
"Less than last time." She noted, as you had to crane your head up even more to look at her. Her eyes snapped at you, as you feel really unsafe under her glare.
She dropped the cigarette out of her mouth right in front of you. She then raised her heel and stomped it out. Twisting it repeatedly. "Who are you, where is that old man that usually handles delivery with me?
"Uh... hi." You smile friendly to her. "He's gotten sick I'm taking over the duties. I got told I'm a People person so it only makes sense haha. My name is (Your Name)."
She didn't say a word instead she walked over to the bag of nuts. Weird looking at her head with that neck, but she was beautiful. Long flowing blue hair.
"It's enough... if you want to count that is Miss?" You suggest.
"Your people know better than to do my family wrong." She stated simply and lifted the bag that was nearly as tall as her. Just filled with nuts she put it back down onto her boat.
Turning around to you. "Is our flag still up?"
"Uh... yes?" You say confused. "It's the only reason we don't get attacked and toyed with by pirates. Why would we take it down?"
Truthfully it was because Big Mom was a tyrant and a Yonko. If your people had a choice you all would get protection by the Marines. But it's too close to Totto Land for that.
However for Amande, she noticed how casual you were talking to her. "Good."
"If I can ask, is your father like... a snake man or something?" Her eye twitched as soon as you said this, as she turned to you.
"What?" She had her hand on her sword. There was a reason why no one else wanted this job, dealing with a giant pirate woman that would not care to kill.
"Because of... you know neck." You say to her. "It's just weird. I mean you are still beautiful and all just curious?"
She softened a bit at the compliment, as she let go of the grip of her sword and walked up to you. She bent over as she went and reached down for you!
You get grabbed by her fingers. Gripped and held as you were pulled up.
"W-Woah!" You shout as you were in front of her eyes. Her eyes filled with killing intent but that is just how it is.
"Are you stupid? She remarked. "Everyone else of your kind that I have met were too scared to even talk to me. That old man was the only one who had the courage, and he was shaking every time. Yet you... you aren't scared of me?"
And you weren't in all honesty. "Well, I might share an odd point of view. From my point of view, your Pirate Crew and your Mother has really saved us from being attacked, kidnapped and enslaved. I don't want to say the word saviors but... I want to have a good relationship with our protectors. The old man said you were a devilled monster that doesn't care about anything. So I was a bit surprised to see the Minister of Nuts is a pretty woman."
Once again, she got stopped by your words. Suppose for a young man like you who grew up with the Big Mom Protection, you were too naive to think about it. And you called her beautiful again? Even despite the neck?
"Charlotte Amande, that is my name. Since you asked before."
"Very pretty name." You say as you were doing something that no other man has done to Amande. You were charming her! "Anyway you have your nuts... I'm new so is the next meeting in two weeks? We will have the harvest by then Amande."
She didn't reply, as she just held you. To think that you were talking this casually with her, not even her siblings do that.
Amande on her best days are considered.. a bitch. She's used to having people scared of her. Looking down at everyone, so why were you this friendly with her?
The two of you look at each other, as you still had to crane your head up a lot just to look at her in the eyes.
