As Raynares old body came over she was looking around the room. When she spotted a collar on the desk.
"Well this will come in handy now. OK here goes" Raynare started to cast a spell on the collar and every one look terrified.

A Light coming from the collar filled the room and every one started to look away. When the light died down Raynare was placing both walking over to her old body and had it hold Rias head to the neck as she put the collar on.
Rias started to speak " You don't have a chance of me calling you that mistress". Rias realized that as she spoke she was getting down on her knees and saying it. She tried to fight back but could not.
"What did you do to me mistress" rias asked in shock.
"Oh the spell on the collar earlier was a slave spell now you will obey me and any one i tell you to. So get ready for some hard labor" Raynare said. She started to look thru the closest and other places in the room and found a book of memory replacement.
"Oh maybe i can use this on Issei and he can be my boy toy again" Raynare said well laughing. With that Raynare had a new plan she would take over this school as a base for herself. Maybe she would also follow the way of the devil and get stronger for it. But she would need to practice her new power first.
"Well slave time to start teaching me about my power of destruction" Raynare said to Rias.
"Yes Mistress" Said Rias in a sad voice. Well maybe if she was good now that same power would not be used on her like it was on Raynare that day. Rias started talking about how to use the power and the way of devils and contracts and how they made them stronger. Raynare listened very closely if Rias did really teach her then maybe she would keep her around for a little bit. If not then........
