To let Amy get fully absorbed into her baby.

The scientist had no mercy on Amy she had played her part and her part was now finished
So the twisted scientist went to the other side of the belly looking down at the tiny baby attached to this giant house sized pale orb of a belly and said "Now now...all mothers have to make sacrifices for their young and in this case you have to feed your baby your life for it!
tears wheeled up into her eyes as the scientist prepared the machine against using it to feed the fetus with Amy's body mass

Amy cried out as her body shrank down as her own fetus absorbed her
her crying eyes vanished as the evil scientist waved her a good bye as she was sucked into her own belly
The scientist was stunned by the results as now their was nothing but a perfectly round smooth pale orb inside the testing chamber with every trace of Amy gone now leaving nothing but this giant detached belly sitting on the floor

The scientist patted the big belly seeing inside that the fetus was alive and healthy without her mother only needing this somehow still "alive" belly and womb to keep her safe and now the fetus was even fatter about the size of a small mansion that was pressed up into every wall of the womb as her fat ass belly and tits squished into every corner making this obese pink blob look like a big fat orb
The scientist now very pleased.....
