Heading Towards the Married Neighbors

Avril sighed, her face contemplating all the options that were laid out in front of the two of them. With just one swap, she had seen the power of the remote, and know that much, much more could be done with it. And now, she had to figure out what appealed to her the most.

"Well..." Avril began. "I can't get the neighboring couple out of my mind. With how different the two of them are, yet so compatible... and how different they are from us... some swapping with them is too much of a fun idea to pass up."

You could see in her eyes Avril's mind buzzing with the possibilites. It was so interesting that you had just introduced the remote to her, and yet she was already so adept with the concept and the worlds which she could create. It's like the remote was made for someone like Avril. From her initial shock, she has now taken this quite well.

"I know it's introducing us to new people... but... you still up for it?" She asked.

"Hey, I said that I'd be down for whatever you want to do." You said with a smile. "And if that means meeting your neighbors, I'm game! Actually, the way to describe them, it sounds like fun."

"Alright! Well, I'm ready if you're ready!" Avril exclaimed. "Also... can I ask a favor?"

"Sure, what's up?" You replied.

"Could I take the lead on the swaps for this one since it was my idea? That is, if you're OK with me holding onto the remote..." She sheepishly asked.

You paused for a moment, a little surprise with the question. You looked down at the remote in your hand, the powerful object just sitting there, waiting to be used. You wondered if it was a good idea to give up that power... but it's not like you didn't trust Avril, right? She'd only have the best in mind for you, and if anything, you were sure that she would give it back if asked.

"Absolutely." You said, as you held out the remote. "It's all yours... for now at least."

Avril excitedly took the remote out of your hands, studying it more intensely than she had before. With a skip in her step, she started making her way to the front door.

"Come on then, what are you waiting for? We got neighbors to meet!" Avril said.

"Wait, Avril, one second..." you said, an idea suddenly popping up as you were looking down at yourself.

"What?" She asked.

"Do you... wanna switch... you know... back so it doesn't get lost in the shuffle?" You asked.

"Oh... well... that may be a good idea... but can I... try walking around with it for a little bit longer? I'm kinda intrigued by how you guys just...walk around with this all day. But I promise to return it. Promise." Avril smirked.

"Alright, alright. That's fine. Let's get going then." You said, shaking your head. Oh well, you were find with holding onto Avril's treasure for just a bit longer.

With that, the two of your were out the door and down the street, towards the mysterious neighbors house. Well, mansion was more like it, as all the houses on this block, including Avril's, were very very large. And as Avril lead you towards the neighbor's house, it was no exception. It looked huge! How could a couple like that need that many rooms!

"Are you ready?" Avril asked, as the two of you walked up the steps towards the giant double doors at the front of the house.

"Let's meet the neighbors!" You replied.

Avril nodded in delight, remote in hand, as she rang the doorbell.
