In order to have a women of this world become a Stepford wife, you must first seduce them to the point that they agree to your marriage proposal. The rules of this world is that all women become bombshells once they agree to the proposal and lose all their ambition minus their desire to serve the family and their husband. All married couples in this world are heterosexual. There can be same sex relations before a proposal, but the proposal will cause both individuals to change upon an acceptance. A gay couple will have the guy who agrees turn into a bombshell, while a lesbian couple will have the one who proposes turn into a man while their fiancé turns bombshell. A women can propose to the man that they fancy and if he agrees, they'll both change genders as the man becomes a bombshell.
Gender assigned to the job: Imagine a world where the job you joined, had a widely accepted gender role assigned to it. All nurses are women, all doctors are men, all secretaries are women and all CEOs are men, etc. Now you have entered this world for a chance at new life, but will the job and your gender be compatible? If it's not then that's okay, simply go and get a job that does match the gender you want to be. Wait, you thought you could go back to your original gender if you quit the job, that's silly. Unemployed people can be any gender, so yeah, good luck on finding a job that matches your desired sex.
