Shimmer giggled and turned to the guards. Let’s hope my little persuasion powers still work. “Um, excuse me? Can you explain why my sister and I are locked up?” Shimmer asked and the guard blinked. “I’m sorry?”
“I mean, she’s your princess, soldiers, and you lock her up like a criminal? How dare you!” Shimmer smiled then giggled. “So, can you release us?”
The two guards’ eyes glazed over as their armor became pink and blue, and they stood at attention. “Sorry, Princess Cozy. We have no idea what happened with us. Let us release you,” the second guard replied and freed Cozy and Shimmer. Cozy looked at her sister and smiled. Glad she’s still useful.
