…Falco Lombardi, the cocky ace pilot of Star Fox. The power had gone out in his room and instead of doing it himself, his roommate Fox had asked Falco to flip the circuit breaker. Walking into and through the dark storage room while grumbling to himself, Falco grabs what he thinks is a flashlight and walks to the breaker. He doesn’t need to use the “flashlight” however, as the breaker is lit by the only light in the room.

After restoring power to his barrack, Falco is able to see for the first time that the flashlight that he grabbed wasn’t a flashlight at all, but some sort of remote control, with buttons labeled with words like “target” and “life” instead of numbers. Out of curiosity, Falcon pressed the target button and found himself surrounded by a white light that didn’t seem to brighten the room at all. Seeing this gave Falco a good idea as to what this remote did, but he would need to find someone else to test his theory out. Remote in hand, Falco walked out of the storage room and went…
