Johnny Simon is a regular graduate still living at home, one morning his Father asked him to watch his younger brothers while he and his mother went on their 17th wedding anniversary trip.

Johnny was too happy to help his parent by watching his two younger brothers, yet he has no idea what will happen to him while they are gone.

Johnnys younger brothers each have fetishes about their big brother, one brother has a clean foot fetish while the other brother has an oral fixation .
