There was a dull, rubbery sensation that spread out from the injection site. Jack tried to squirm, as his body felt dull and unresponsive. It was somewhat of a relief, this was a narcotic rush that'd make him overdose or descend into addictive behaviour.
He suspected it was lethal, and as he tried to spout his last words of defiance. His throat was seized by that same uncertainty that made his arms and feet feel so distant and disconnected. It was like no drug he'd ever experienced before. As his thoughts became sluggish and hard, his consciousness slipped away.

Unsure how long he'd been out, and a little surprised to have woken at all. Sensations came back in a rush, a spasm racking his body, so he flopped like a landed fish where he lay.
That brief twitch told him a lot! His body felt vastly different, his familiar muscles were gone. In their place a weaker more slender physique. There was an extra flexibility that felt worrying. But, it was the extra weight, in the oddest of places that were the worst.
It was telling where that weight lay. Jack was terrified into stunned silence as he processed it all. A distance sense exploring mentally checking for the familiar. His fears worsening, as they refused to respond. No hint of Lil' Jack was felt by his mind. Instead a worrying lacy caress, his... No! her thighs felt lusher. Not fuller, stronger and more musculer. Quite the opposite, rounder, smoother and more feminine.
Exhaling in defeat, she heard the undeniable feminine tone to her sigh. Erupting to her feet, she felt the lacy embrace of suspenders, the tight corset shrinking her waist, accentuating her broad hips. A bikini top was straining to control and failing her heaving bust. Her provocatively hard nips were rudely outlined.
