Review of "Invalid Item" Open in new Window.

*Home* General Comments and Emotional Impact

A true beautiful and expressive poem about love and its lovely and cruel ways. The first stanza says how the heart in love blooms like a flower and when betrayed and hurt closes on itself turning dark and gloomy. In the second stanza, you write how it is like a previous jewel, which has to be valued but it not. In the third stanza, you write how it a feeling, like the sweet scent that completes engulfs us. Nicely written.

A very good poem so I am giving it 4.5 stars.
